Michael M. McCall, President & CEO
Mr. McCall's primary expertise is in pipeline and salt cavern storage operations, petrochemical processing, midstream oil and gas, natural gas liquids, and natural gas. He spent 25 years with Union Texas Petroleum, in domestic and international general management and business development assignments.
William M. Bishop, Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Bishop's major technical concentration has been in the area of fluid flow, particularly with respect to geologic applications and natural gas. Bill is now consulting. His last corporate position was Vice President, Engineering for PB-KBB, Inc. He also served with Aerospace Corporation and Avco Corporation. Mr. Bishop holds several patents and has been published extensively.
James Walzel
Mr. Walzel is an advisor to CGI and was most recently Chairman of HNG Storage Company since its founding in 1991. He formerly was President and Chief Operating Officer of Houston Natural Gas Corporation and President of Seagull Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of Seagull Energy. Mr. Walzel currently serves as Chair of the Texas Energy Reliability Council, a committee appointed by the Texas Railroad Commission to plan for and be prepared to deal with emergency conditions which could result in shortages of natural gas in Texas and the voluntary allocation of supplies, if required.
